• The city and district where the structure is located.
• Approximate year of construction and any later renovations.
• Total enclosed area or number of floors.
• What you need: analysis, an inventory report, removal or supervision.
• Any earlier reports, drawings or photographs you already have.
• When the work has to start; the permit, tender or demolition schedule it depends on.

How does the offer process work?

We go through the information you send and determine which service your request falls under. If anything is missing, we ask you about it; in asbestos work, moving ahead on a wrong assumption raises both the cost and the risk. Depending on the condition of the building, a preliminary examination on site may be needed.

Defining the scope and issuing the offer

Once the number of samples, the area to be inspected, the site work required and the reporting items are clear, we prepare your written offer. It states plainly what the scope includes and what it does not.
